At Miss Millie’s Pet Co, we want you to be happy with your order. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.
How to Request a Return
Please contact us at missmilliespetco@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
Refunds are only considered for defective or incorrect items.
If your return is approved:

We will send you a prepaid return shipping label

A replacement item will be sent free of charge
Items returned without first contacting us will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

Custom or personalised items (e.g. special orders)

If you have any concerns about your specific item, feel free to reach out to us before placing your order.
Exchanges
Miss Millie’s Pet Co does not accept exchanges at this time. Please refer to the Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items section above for more information.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without justification.
To qualify:

Your item must be in the same condition as received: unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging

You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase
Please note: This does not apply to:

Custom-made or personalised products

Digital items

Certain perishable goods

Items unsealed that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons (e.g. earrings, pet accessories used or unsealed)
Refunds
If approved and once your item has been received back:

You will be refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days

Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at missmilliespetco@gmail.com.
