Miss Millie’s Pet Co is proudly based in Perth, Western Australia, and all orders are shipped via Australia Post. This policy outlines our current processing times, shipping options, delivery expectations, and important information regarding domestic and international orders.


Processing Times

As all items are lovingly handmade to order, we currently require 1–7 business days to prepare your order, depending on order volume.
If we’re unable to process your order within this timeframe, you’ll be notified via email.


Domestic Shipping (Australia)

Standard Free Shipping
– Free, but untracked
– No coverage for loss or damage
– We’re unable to offer refunds or replacements if your order is lost or damaged in transit when this method is selected

Tracked Shipping
– Provides tracking and up to $100 AUD insurance coverage
– If an issue arises, we’ll liaise with Australia Post to help locate or replace your item once their investigation is complete

Express Shipping
– Fastest option with tracking and up to $100 AUD insurance coverage
– We will assist in locating or replacing your parcel through Australia Post if needed

Free Tracked Shipping on Orders $100+
– Orders over $100 AUD receive tracked shipping automatically
– Includes insurance up to $100 AUD
– For extra peace of mind, additional insurance can be selected at checkout for high-value orders


Delivery Timeframes (Australia)

Shipping times are in addition to processing times and may vary based on your location and external factors (e.g. weather, public holidays).
Delivery estimates begin after dispatch.


Before Reaching Out About Delays (Australia)

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please:

  • Check your tracking info via Australia Post (if tracked)

  • Look for delivery cards or missed delivery notices

  • Check with others at your home or workplace

  • Inspect safe places around your property

  • Confirm your address was entered correctly

  • Check the Australia Post service updates page for known delays

If your domestic order hasn't arrived within 14 business days of the estimated delivery date, please get in touch.


International Shipping

We ship globally — because cute dogs and stylish accessories know no borders.

USA & Canada 6-27 business days
UK & Europe Currently do not deliver to this region. 

Please note: These timeframes are estimates only and do not include processing times. Delays may occur due to customs processing or local postal service disruptions.

All international orders include tracking.


Customs, Duties & Import Taxes (Outside Australia)

Orders shipped internationally may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or other import fees, depending on the destination country. These fees are:

  • Not included in your order total

  • The responsibility of the customer

  • Determined by your local customs authority

By law, we must declare the full value of your order on customs forms. Unfortunately, we’re unable to mark items as “gifts” or undervalue shipments.


Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Parcels

While Miss Millie’s Pet Co is not liable for parcels that are lost, delayed, or damaged during shipping, we’re here to help.

If your tracked parcel hasn't arrived within the outlined timeframe, and you've completed the checklist above, contact us and we’ll assist by liaising with Australia Post or the relevant postal service to lodge an investigation or request a replacement, where applicable.

Important Notes

  • Ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout — if it’s incorrect and the order has already shipped, we cannot guarantee recovery

  • All delivery estimates are provided in business days and exclude public holidays and weekends

  • Processing times are separate from shipping times

  • We are not responsible for delivery issues due to incorrect or incomplete address details unless the error is ours
